We may refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

• Be present at the selected pickup location on time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Follow safety instructions
• Avoid any illegal or dangerous activity

Any misconduct may result in cancellation and/or service restriction.

• Fares are based on distance, time, and service type
• Any tolls, parking fees or add-ons may be applied to the fare
• Payment must be completed through approved payment channels
• Prices may vary during peak hours or high-demand situations

Unpaid fares may lead to account suspension.

If you cancel a ride after a driver is dispatched — or fail to show up — cancellation or no-show fees may apply. A full Cancellation & Refund Policy will be provided separately.

• Harass or abuse drivers
• Carry illegal substances or weapons
• Damage or litter vehicles
• Impersonate others or provide false identity

Failure to comply may lead to removal from the platform.

Sree Transport requires drivers to be licensed and background-verified, follow traffic laws and safety standards, maintain clean vehicles, and provide respectful and professional service. Drivers must report any misconduct immediately for investigation.

While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, road closures, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings in the vehicle and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services. Our maximum liability will not exceed the cost of the affected ride.

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described there.

All content on our website/app — including logos, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by Sree Transport. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access to services if you violate these Terms, if fraud or harmful activity is detected, or when required by law or regulatory requests. Users may also request account closure at any time.

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
